For the period from February 1, 2024 to January 31, 2025, the excise tariff on electricity is maintained at the minimum level, in order to support the exit from the tariff shield.

The excise rate on natural gas for fuel use may be increased by decree within the limit of €8/MWh, after evaluation of the evolution of prices excluding taxes.
